Soon to mommy, Jamie Lynn Spears has been seen around town sporting an engagement ring. With rumors surfacing since the announcement of her pregnancy, it is no surprise that the Nickelodeon star is engaged, even though quite young.
According to PEOPLE, Spears, only 16, has been flashing it all around town to all of her friends and family.
According to their source, “She’s got an engagement ring.” “She’s been showing it off, talking about it.”
Just after thanksgiving, the Pop Princess’s sister officially announced that she was pregnant. Although facing hardships since the announcement, the couple has stayed strong. Spears and her fiancé, Casey Aldridge, 18, are expecting their baby this summer. No official word on when and where the couple will marry.
All we can do is hope that everything will work out for the young expecting parents.

I was so surprised when I heard that Jamie Lynn was pregnant because I never saw it coming. I assumed that they were going to stop filming her show on Nickalodean, but the last I heard, I think she’s still doing it. I hope she can take care of the baby and that everything works out because their family is having enough issues right now.

I hope everything works out for the Spears family. I feel like that family has had so much bad publicity. If everything works out with getting married and have I child maybe people will start to leave that family alone. I wish them luck!

I hope everything works out for her. It’s good that she’s taking car of her responsibilities, but she is going to be a mother at 16 years old! I understand that things just happen, but I really think she’s going to struggle at such a young age.

I think that this is a very good blog article, however I think and have always thought that the Spears girls are always looking for attention. I think that they like to see their faces in the news and in magazines, and that is why they perform these such acts.

I was shocked when I read that Jamie was prego. Shes only 16, and yes i agree that the spears family loves attention, but Jamie Lynn was the last person i expected to have a baby! It’ll be hard at a young age, but i hope she has a good support group. Mama spears im sure will make sure she gets through it okay. Good for her for following through!
