Ever wonder what makes the pop star Hannah Montana tick? The answer to this can be answered sooner than we think. It has been reported that the Hannah Montana star has landed a seven-figure deal with Disney to document and write her memoirs. At only fifteen years old, young Miley Cyrus just may be the youngest person to ever author a memoir.
Liz Kelly of the Washington Post sarcastically criticized the pop star in her article, “Sneak Peek: Miley Cyrus’s Memoirs.” In the article she states, ”At 15, she’s achieved the maturity and distance needed to reflect on her life’s lessons.” Kelly further adds, ”Celebritology has obtained (wink wink) an incomplete outline of the book’s proposed chapters, complete with handy descriptions.” In which, the “incomplete outline” pokes fun at the possible ideas or topics that Cyrus may cover in her upcoming book.
Having only lived a short life, I wonder what she will decide to write about. In agreeing with Kelly, I also find it difficult to comprehend, as it extremely ridiculous to imagine that a 15-year-old girl thinks she has the answers to life through her experiences of being a young and rich pop starlet. Really, what life lessons has this young star learned thus far in her short and comfortable life that she has become enlightened on matter of life’s answers?
